Skipton Music was formed in 1947 and is recognised as one of the most successful music societies in the country. Its main aim is to bring professional national and international musicians to perform in this historic market town at the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales.
Concerts are normally held at the Town Hall, situated at the top of the High Street, with seating for 290 people in 19 rows. There is a large car park at the rear and the building is wheelchair accessible. There are many eating places nearby, hotel accommodation is plentiful and there is a late train to Leeds at 10.15pm.
Season tickets are excellent value. Why not join "The Club" by buying a season ticket. This is excellent value for money and you get one free concert and the same reserved seat.
